The job requires a competent Nurse to provide routine and complex care independently, address patient needs, administer medications, document care, and educate patients and families. Competencies include utilizing the nursing process, ensuring patient safety, and complying with regulations. Technical competencies involve clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS certification, RN license, completion of orientation and competencies, and certifications in Perinatal RN Residency, STABLE, and NRP. The work schedule is from 7PM to 7AM.
