The RN Supervisor oversees the delivery of high-quality patient care, assists in analyzing and implementing nursing department processes, and collaborates with other departments to meet quality and safety goals. Responsibilities include managing resources, staff development, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, 2 years of clinical experience, and previous leadership experience. Must have BLS certification and RN license. Full-time position with 5 days/week, 8 hours/day schedule.
