Competent Nurse practicing independently in clinical setting, providing routine and complex care, making appropriate assignments and delegations. Meets OneCHRISTUS Competencies, ANA Standards of Practice, and utilizes Nursing Process. Addresses patient needs, administers treatments, documents care, and educates patients. Demonstrates critical thinking, patient safety, and quality care. Manages patient flow, unit operations, and complies with regulations. Possesses technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, order processing, chart reading, and patient safety. Requires BSN, 1 year of related experience, BLS, and RN license. Per Diem work schedule.
