Provides physical therapy services, evaluates patients, sets goals, plans programs, and treats patients according to physician’s orders. Maintains records, directs support personnel, and ensures adherence to policies. Requires Doctorate of Physical Therapy, basic computer knowledge, effective communication skills, and current Texas license. Full-time position with opportunities for new graduates or experienced individuals.
