Compensation: $64,000-$70,000 annually (Depending on licensure and experience)
Sign on Bonus: $5,000
Additional Earning Potential: Up to $18,000 in incentives
Schedule: Hybrid, flexible work schedule with a minimum of (3) days on campus
Job Summary: Therapists provide compassionate care to children and teens, offering crisis intervention, assessments, and case management in a residential setting.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work or counseling, LMSW, LCSW, PLPC, or LPC
