Directs and supervises certified nursing assistants to ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies. Manages resident admissions, discharges, and transfers. Monitors residents’ conditions, notifies physicians and families of changes, transcribes and implements physician orders, administers medications, and performs wound treatments.
