Provides nursing care through assessments, treatments, and crisis intervention. Maintains safe environment, conducts patient assessments, administers medications, and collaborates with healthcare team. Ensures patient safety, reports hazards, and participates in safety programs. Works cooperatively with colleagues, communicates effectively, and upholds integrity and professionalism. Demonstrates compassion, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to quality patient care. Requires an Associate’s degree in nursing, RN license, CPR certification, and de-escalation technique certification. Preferred experience in behavioral healthcare. Work location is in person at SUN Behavioral Delaware.
