Registered Nurse position available in Wilmington, DE for the general pediatrics stepdown unit on a full-time basis. The unit specializes in post-operative care for urological issues, traumatic injuries, and general surgery, as well as patients with renal disease and tracheostomy/ventilator needs. Utilizes Synergy model for patient assignments. Requires nursing competencies in various areas including chest tube management, pain management, and ventilator care. Qualifications include BSN preferred, pediatric experience, 6 months of nursing experience, bilingualism, DE nursing license, and BLS certification.
