Administer physical therapy treatments, operate treatment devices, evaluate patient response, document treatment progress, coordinate patient care, maintain licensure, attend meetings. $25.33 – $37.99 per hour. Graduated from accredited PTA program. Minimum 6 months related experience preferred. Current Washington State PTA license and AHA BLS certification required. In-person work at Cascade Valley Hospital.
