The job requires a competent Nurse to provide routine and complex care independently, address patients’ needs, administer medications, document care, assess learning needs, and educate patients and caregivers. The Nurse must utilize critical thinking skills, communicate effectively, plan for patient flow, manage unit operations, ensure safe practice and quality care, comply with regulations, and possess technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing specialty experience, BLS certification, and an RN license. The work schedule is full-time.
