Qualifications include active Maryland Practical Nurse licensure, one year of experience in Geriatric or Long-Term Care, high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and effective communication skills. Responsibilities include providing care to residents, administering medications and treatments, performing assessments, and participating in daily rounding.
