The job requires a competent Nurse to provide routine and complex care independently, addressing patients’ needs and educating them. The Nurse must utilize critical thinking skills, follow patient safety guidelines, and comply with healthcare laws and regulations. Technical competencies include clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS certification, and an RN license. The work schedule is full-time from 7AM to 7PM.
