Home Health RN position available for full-time Monday-Friday with on-call rotation in Porter, La Porte, Starke, Jasper, Newton, and Lake Counties. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and discharge planning. Requirements: nursing school graduate, Indiana licensure, BLS CPR certification, and 1-2 years of acute care experience. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have a reliable vehicle.
