Competent RN with 2+ years labor and delivery experience needed. Responsibilities include providing routine and complex care, making appropriate assignments, and addressing patient needs. Must meet competencies, utilize nursing process, ensure patient safety, and comply with regulations. Requires BSN, 1 year specialty experience, BLS, RN license, and certifications. New hires undergo orientation and competency validations. Preferred experience in perinatal setting and certifications in fetal monitoring and NRP. Full-time position with 7AM-7PM schedule.
