Assumes primary responsibility for nursing practice and operations at a hospital. Manages staff and material resources to provide effective patient care. Establishes yearly goals, monitors unit operations, advocates for patients, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, develops policies, participates in committees, resolves staff issues, conducts staff meetings, maintains quality control, collaborates with various stakeholders, ensures staff competency, develops educational programs, contributes to budget development, reviews financial reports, and adheres to organizational values. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree, RN License, and BLS certification. Full-time position.
