The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing patient health, leading nursing care planning, and supervising care delivery. They provide safe nursing care, supervise personnel, and administer specialized treatments. Requirements include strong communication skills, emergency department or ICU training, minimum two years of nursing experience, knowledge of TJC standards, Louisiana RN License, BLS/ACLS certification, De-Escalation Certification, and National Certification in Clinical Specialty preferred. Work schedule is Full Time.
