The job responsibilities include working closely with Regional Clinical Director(s) and BCBAs, maintaining continuity of care for clients across multiple clinic locations, creating appropriate programming, supervising technicians, conducting client assessments, overseeing records, engaging parents in training, attending client meetings, maintaining credentials, attending required trainings, ensuring client privacy, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field, at least 2 years of experience, BCBA and LBA certification, and proficiency in ABA principles and techniques. The candidate must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a secure work environment, and be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
