Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and provision of nursing care to assigned patients. Supervises clinical staff, acts as charge nurse when needed. Develops care plans, implements care, evaluates patient response, and provides education. Communicates effectively with team members and patients. Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Nursing, Texas State RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, crisis intervention training, TNCC for trauma facilities. Work Type: Per Diem As Needed.
