Provides direct and indirect patient care services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care are met. Communicates effectively with physicians and team members, responds promptly to changes in patient condition, and performs nursing duties across all departments. Responsibilities include maintaining core competencies, adhering to policies and procedures, assessing patients, managing pain, administering medications, revising care plans, and educating patients and families. Demonstrates respect for patients’ psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs, and collaborates with other departments for comprehensive patient care. Requirements include a high school diploma, graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program, current LPN/LVN licensure in New Mexico, and Basic Life Support certification. Full-time position.
