Clinical Nurse Manager responsible for managing clinical nursing services in Behavioral Health Services. Requirements include RN with New Mexico State license, BSN preferred, strong clinical and leadership skills, 5+ years experience in behavioral health, and 2 years in management. Must have effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Reports to Director, Med-Surg and BHS. Work environment is clean and smoke-free.
