Competent Nurse practicing independently in clinical setting, providing routine and complex care, making appropriate assignments, and delegating care. Responsibilities include meeting competencies, utilizing nursing process, addressing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring safe practice. Requires BSN, 1 year of related experience, RN license, BLS, and certifications in EFM, ACLS, and NRP. Must attend orientation, complete competencies, and maintain certifications. Full-time position with night shift.
