Responsibilities include meeting competencies, utilizing nursing process, addressing patient needs, administering treatments, and educating patients. Core competencies involve utilizing nursing process, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice/quality care, and regulations. Technical competencies include clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS certification, and RN license. Per diem work schedule.
