This role is for a pediatric Occupational Therapist working with children aged 0-3 in a hybrid of telehealth and in-person sessions. Responsibilities include developing Individualized Family Service Plans, conducting home visits, and collaborating with a transdisciplinary team. Requirements include a valid Massachusetts OT license, pediatric experience, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
