Requirements include being a high school graduate, Certified Nursing Assistant with CPR certification, one year of experience preferred, ability to establish good relationships, effective communication skills, schedule flexibility, and access to a cell phone. Essential functions include following treatment plans, assisting with medication reminders, performing diagnostic activities, personal hygiene procedures, assisting with ambulation, and ensuring client safety and comfort. Additional duties may include responding to needs, household services, and other assigned tasks. The work environment involves patient residences or office settings, with physical demands including lifting up to 20 pounds and travel to various locations.
