The job requires a competent Nurse to provide routine and complex care independently, address patient needs, administer medications, document care, and educate patients and families. The Nurse must utilize critical thinking skills, follow nursing process, ensure patient safety, and comply with regulations. Technical competencies include clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, and patient chart reading. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS certification, and RN license. Additional certifications such as STABLE and NRP are preferred. New hires must complete orientation and competency validations. Full-time position with varying work schedules.
