Meets competencies, provides nursing care using the nursing process, addresses patient needs, administers medications, and documents care. Utilizes critical thinking skills, plans for patient flow, directs nursing care, ensures safe practice, and complies with regulations. Possesses technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requires BSN, 2 years Critical Care experience, BLS, ACLS, RN license. Full-time position.
