The job requires a competent Nurse to provide routine and complex care independently, address patient needs, administer medications, document care, and educate patients. Competencies include utilizing the nursing process, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice/quality care, regulations, and technical skills in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS, RN License, ACLS, NIHSS, de-escalation training, TNCC, and PALS certifications. The work schedule is full-time from 7PM to 7AM.
