Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and provision of nursing care. Supervises staff, functions as charge nurse. Provides care to various patient populations. Implements care plans, evaluates patient responses, and provides education. Communicates effectively and ensures safe practices. Utilizes nursing process, promotes patient safety, and complies with regulations. Requires BSN, RN license, and BLS certification. Must have 6 months to 1 year of RN experience. Work schedule is per diem.
