Responsible for nursing care of assigned residents, assessing conditions and making appropriate nursing decisions within the scope of nursing licensure; providing direction and guidance to staff; observing, documenting, and reporting changes in residents’ conditions; ensuring provision of nursing services; providing direct resident care when needed. Required: 1-3 years’ similar experience, current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Oregon, CPR and First Aid certification.
